West End Dental is excited to begin seeing patients safely. These are unprecedented times, and we want to reassure you that we have taken every precaution to ensure your safety and wellbeing during your visit.

•  Taking temperatures and pulse oximetry measurements of every patient and caregiver before they enter our clinic.
•  Screening each person entering the building for any symptoms and redirecting them if symptoms are present.
•  Modifying our waiting rooms and how we deliver care to honor social distancing.
•  All caregivers will be masked as well as patients anytime they are not receiving treatment.
•  Increased cleaning procedures, frequency, and improved products for cleaning
•  We also request that patients please arrive as close to their appointment time as they can and that they please not bring additional persons to their appointment if possible.

We ask that you understand that our provider's time is more crucial than ever and request that you be prompt to your appointment, arriving no sooner or later than your appointment time. Understand that if you cancel your appointment less than 48 hours in advance or are more than 15 minutes late to your visit, we may charge your account a $50.00 non-refundable fee.

We are Premier Providers only. We are not Delta PPO participating providers, however, as Premier providers we are contracted to accept the fee schedule. When a PPO member sees a Premier provider, we honor the Delta fee schedule, however, there maybe more OOP cost to patient than if they see a PPO provider. We are closed to new ODS/Moda OHP members, however we will continue to serve our current OHP patients. MAC PPO is a newer plan, premier dentists balance bill the difference between the PPO fee and our Premier fee. EPO has NO reimburse for out of network providers, which we are.

regence Insurance


Regence is our area's local Blue Cross. We are participating providers for: Regence MedAdvantage, Lifemap, Regence Oregon, Regence Utah, Regence Idaho, Regence Washington, Bridgespan and HMA.



Effective 6/13/17, we are contracted with the commercial network (Advantage Dental Plan), not the OHP (Advantage Dental) plan. We do not accept the "Essentials" plan which is an HMO.

guardian Insurance


We participate with the DentalGuard Preferred Plus Program only. We are technically not PPO providers.

united concordia Insurance

United Concordia

We are contracted with the Elite Plus Plan (PPO providers). We are not participating in the FedVip, advantage plus or tricare plans. We are not DHMO providers.


Moda Medical

We are contracted with medical for certain networks including: Connexus, Synergy, Beacon, OHSU PPO, and CCN network.

We believe in educating patients about their treatment options and listening to their questions and concerns.
