Dental PPO List
 DeltaWe are Premier Providers only. We are not Delta PPO participating providers, however, as Premier providers we are contracted to accept the fee schedule. When a PPO member sees a Premier provider, we honor the Delta fee schedule, however, there maybe more OOP cost to patient than if they see a PPO provider. MAC PPO is a newer plan, premier dentists balance bill the difference between the PPO fee and our Premier fee, however we are still considered Out Of Netowrk. EPO has NO reimburse for out of network providers, which we are. West End Dental is no longer In-Network with OHP.  RegenceRegence is our area's local Blue Cross. We are participating providers for: Regence MedAdvantage, Lifemap, Regence Oregon, Regence Utah, Regence Idaho, Regence Washington, Bridgespan and HMA.  MedicareWe are currently opted in but non participating Part B providers and NON-participating Medicare DME providers. |
